SSh remote Command

Hi there !

As I said on another post, I'm quite new about zenOss and I'm really interested in getting further with this monitoring solution.

I set up a server with some devices test. I successfully add some process monitoring via the port .

So what I wanna do now is too automaticaly solve some basics systeme by sending ssh comands when an particular event is received.

What I dream about  :

on a ldap server :

Ldap process stop -> snmp trap send to zenoss -> critical event appear (because tcp_00389 is down ) -> zenoss send command /etc/init.d/slpad (re)start -> everything is working smoothly ...

What is real today :

Ldap process stop -> snmp trap send to zenoss -> critical event appear (because tcp_00389 is down ) -> zenoss do not send command

What I did :

* adding a device, model it , monitor it via snmp, add zPassword and User,

* add a command to an event like that :

event manager -> command

name restart ldap

enabled     TRUE

command    /etc/init.d/slapd restart

Filters : Event Class /Status/ipservice

            severity critical

             device contains <IP of the device>

It diden't worked so I tried to do it as a Device command through administration.

I've got :

==== ldap ====

'/etc/init.d/slapd restart'

Exception while performing command for 10.x.X.x

Type:    Value: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

And when I check /var/log/auth.log ,  I've got any connexion.

But when I do a zenoss.cmd.whatever and model the device, it works fine (I've got information with this only modeler and logs for auth )

Does anyone can give me a clue about how to do that right ??

ty for your time
