I rather feel that Zenoss "Training" is closely enough allied to "Support and Services" to not need a separate group - anyone else have thoughts on that?
I have uploaded a discussion document to http://community.zenoss.org/docs/DOC-3532 which includes 1 page on training - what we already have from Zenoss; what we (Skills 1st) provide; what else the wider community might provide for what the (much wider community) might want? Where is training wanted geographically? Do folk want (and are prepared to pay for) face-to-face training?
How about remotely delivered training? I am not thinking here of simple web-based, no instructor stuff (IMHO that doesn't work); but there are some delivery mechanisms available to enable "Instructor-led online" training, including practical exercises.
Does anyone else offer any Zenoss training?
Does anyone WANT Zenoss training - if so, what?
I have uploaded the descriptions of our 3-day Event Management Workshop and the 1-day Zenoss Introduction Workshop to the Documents page of this group - http://community.zenoss.org/groups/training-partners?view=documents .
