OS Tab missing element IP Services

I'm running 2.0.0 and IP Services are not showing up on the OS Tab.

No problems getting Interfaces and Routes.

Using Firefox as the browser.

Any ideas?

Did you get this resolved? I'm having the same problem with the vmware
    appliance

I think I have a larger issue. After adding the portscan, I run out of
memory every time it tries to run it (2G!). I'm going to RPM and see if
    that has the same trouble.

Modify the Device or Class's zProperties

click zCollectorPlugins (really tiny near top of list)

    then click add fields

    drag zenoss.snmp.IpServiceMap to the left.

    Good Luck

RE: OS Tab missing element IP Services
    I'm seeing the same issue.

The issue is initially noticeable on devices which have been discovered and since moved to the class /Devices/Servers/linux. This, I assume, is because the class /Devices/Discovered doesn't include the zenoss.snmp.IpServiceMap plugin.

However, even once the server is moved to the class /Devices/Servers/linux and remodelled, I only see one IP service in the list - even though there should be several.

    replying to myself, but...

I discovered that the reason I wasn't seeing many services was because of the interface redesign - that you need to untick "Monitored" in order to see the services which aren't currently monitored.

This doesn't solve the problem that when something is moved to a different class (and thus should inherit a different modelling template), it doesn't seem to immediately do so. AFAICT, it is necessary to remodel the devices individually within the class - have I missed something?

    Enable monitoring for each service.
I fixed this problem by editing the service class that i wanted to monitor. Once your in the edit tab choose the monitor = "true' option from the drop down menu and save your changes. After doing this you can run the "zenmodeler -run" command which should then adds the service to the os\services list.

However i still cannot get http to show up for any hosts? Is there something special which needs to be done to monitor http? I know all my servers use it and i can telnet to 80 from my zenoss server.
