Zenpack LibVirt - modeler issue

Hi guys,

I'm having some problems with this zenpack and it's for me really important to have it working because it's the main thing I wanna monitor.

I've got a zenoss CORE 3.2.0

I've installed the zenpack 1.71 libvirt.

I set up the zLibvirtUser to root which is my only user than can access the host keyless and without any sudo need.

I ran the script :

python /usr/local/zenoss/zenoss/ZenPacks/ZenPacks.community.libvirt-1.71.egg/ZenPacks/community/libvirt/libexec/check_libvirt.py -u root -H IP_Host.

It works.

If I do it with the zenoss user, it works only with sudo and if I give the password of the zenoss user on the host.

So when I model, thats what I get :

2012-06-20 16:15:22,620 INFO zen.PythonClient: libvirt: username=zenoss connecttype=qemu+ssh://

libvir: RPC error : Cannot recv data: Permission denied, please try again.

if ret is None:raise libvirtError('virConnectOpenReadOnly() failed')

libvirt.libvirtError: Cannot recv data: Permission denied, please try again.

And when I do it with root :

libvir: RPC error : Cannot recv data: Permission denied, please try again.

Permission denied, please try again.

Permission denied (publickey, password). : Connection reset by peer

Traceback (most recent call last):

Did someone else managed to go through that ??

Thanks .
