How to make read data from MSSQL 2008 R2 after installed MS SQL databae monitor zenpack

After installed MS SQL Database Monitor (ZenPacks.community.ZenODBC 3.2).

I configured freetds.conf, odbc.ini and odbcinst.ini and tested the SQL connection successfully using isql. In zenoss, I modified zMsSQLConnectionString:

DRIVER={FreeTDS};TDS_Version=8.0;PORT=1433;UID=[myuserID]; PWD=[mypassword], zMsSqlSrvInstance = {my sql server instance}.

In the ZenPack document (see below),

This ZenPack provides monitoring of MS SQL databases. There are MsSqlDatabase and MsSqlSrvInst database component templates and a community.sql.MsSqlDatabaseMapzCollectorPlugin that the device will need to use. Use zMsSqlSrvInstances zProperty to specify list of MS SQL Server Instances.

But I can not see those two components except community.sql.MsSqlDatabaseMap. Do I miss anything here? How can I test and know that Zenoss can query data from MS SQL server?

Can anyone shed any light on my question here? Thanks in advance!
