Testing zenoss 4 alpha, sources?

I'm quite keen on getting my hands on with testing zenoss 4 alpha, but noticed i another thread that the only supported (pre-build) platforms will be RHEL and CentOS, which doesnt really fit our profile as we mainly use Debian and Ubuntu when building linux virtual servers.

I've been looking to see if I can find the source that are used to build to alpha-builds, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere, so the question is if this is available to the public, where can I find it?

Our previous zenoss installs have been build using source, and we have been pretty happy with this, also don't believe that we will be happy with the virtual appliance in a production setup (sizing disk, db and so on). Our testing environment should look alot like the production environment that we wish to build (if possible).
