Linux graphs showing 'nan'

my linux serves are not showing graphs any reason..? .. please help .. and more over any of my servers are not showing the processor model & information in the componenet list

    How are you monitoring your Linux servers?


    It is possible that your SNMP agent configuration on your servers does not permit the zenoss configuration from being able to grab the information you are looking for.

     

    To check this, see what OIDs are being used as data points within the graphing templates.  Then use SNMPWALK from your Zenoss machine to attempt to access that information.  If the information is not displayed, review the configuration of the SNMP agent to ensure it can be accessed.

    I have same problem. So, how can I permit the zenoss configuration from being able to grab the information that I looking for? Thanks
