I'm having a problem where I can no longer effectively edit or add to the existing Community FAQ. The platform will just cut off the last third or so of the document on any new save, no matter what it is. I can't really figure out what that is, but I've reported it, and expect it has been reported to Jive.
Anyway, for the Documentors community, I thought I should post why I haven't updated the FAQ recently, and solicit feedback about how to manage this issue, as well as the now pretty lengthy single FAQ page. I think maybe splitting the FAQ by topic might be useful, but then it also makes it... less useful also - the users need to guess if we thought the problem was the same category as they think it is.
Maybe moving the "answers" from the main page to secondary pages would help shorten that initial page. This is an OK idea, but a lot of work which will slow updates even more. I'm also hesitant to even try and change the existing FAQ page due to the current fragility of it (I can revert to v11 easily, but that won't help at all with any sort of change).
I'm open to comments.
