Components Cleaner ZenPack can be used to remove Hardware components from Device that remained after ZenPack removal (i.e. the HP ProLiant ZenPack).

     Installation:

To get the modeler working, go to the specific device (yes, it needs to already be added).

1. From the > Menu select More -> Collector Plugins
2. Click "Add Fields"
3. Drag and drop all of the community.python.ComponentsCleaner entries in the right list over into the left list.
4. CLICK SAVE (don't forget this step)
5. From the > Menu select Manage -> Model Device

There is a zCleanComponentsInclude zProperty that is a space-separated list of Hardware relations names will be cleaned.
