The community dudes, Matt and Mark, are full-time employees of Zenoss Inc. but are tasked solely with driving and improving the Zenoss Core community experience.
Matt is the community manager of the Zenoss project he's here to help facilitate development and collabroation on Zenoss Core and be a technical resource to insure the success of the Zenoss community members. You can find Matt answering questions in the forum or IRC or conducting "Getting Started" webinars and online training on how to be successful using Zenoss Core.
Mark Hinkle has been involved with the Zenoss Core project since very early on. His role is to provide resources to enable the members of the Zenoss Community as well as to forge partnerships with other projects within the open source community. He's always anxious to enable people to provide services or integrations with other technologies. If you want to provide support, service or expand Zenoss Core he's your man. Also the buck stops with him, if you have a problem, concern or an idea for improving Zenoss Core drop him a line.
The Zenoss Masters are the real power behind the Zenoss community, they go above and beyond and are true leaders on the development and advancement of the Zenoss whether it's answering questions on the forums, contributing documentation or writing ZenPacks these people have demonstrated that they are willing to go above and beyond to drive the Zenoss Core project.
