When you first view a report, it runs with default values. You can then display the controls and run the report with new values.
From the Repository page, run a report.
The report appears, displaying data determined by default values.
The Report Options dialog appears.
Select or enter new values, and then click OK.
The report runs and appears with data determined by the newly entered values.
You also can click Apply in the dialog to refresh the report. This keeps the dialog open, allowing you to further interact with the report and find the data you need.
