It has become apparent that the majority of our commercial and community users are now running Zenoss on 64-bit platforms. The reality is, our product performs and scales far better on a 64-bit platform.
By dropping 32-bit support in Core 4, we can improve the quality of our product. Further, we can support other, more relevant platforms like Ubuntu in future releases.
This change will come into effect next Friday via removal of Core 4 32-bit artifacts.
