For the past 3 months, we’ve had a bug hunt going on with Core 4 and we’ve been eager to see everyone take it out for a test drive. Last month, Simon took some time to do a proper preview of Core 4 that was highly attended. You can see the recording of it here.
One of the biggest changes you guys will find in Core 4 are new ZenPacks and APIs. Specifically, the ability to monitor Windows Servers. We will dive into how to setup remote WMI access to your Windows Servers to provide extended monitoring. We will also look into one example of leveraging existing VBS or PowerShell scripts to complete your service monitoring.
